Sister taxon: Scolosaurus cutleri
Type specimen: ROM 1930 (incl. CMN 842), a partial skeleton. Its type locality is RTMP Quarry 41, Red Deer River, which is in a Campanian terrestrial horizon in the Dinosaur Park Formation of Canada.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Canada (2: Alberta collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
