Type specimen: UAIPC 6300, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Site 1 (near confluence of Blindman and Red Deer Rivers), which is in a Tiffanian pond limestone in the Paskapoo Formation of Canada.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Site 1 (near confluence of Blindman and Red Deer Rivers)
