Type specimen: MLL-Pv-005, a set of vertebrae. Its type locality is Pilmatué, which is in a Valanginian fluvial sandstone in the Mulichinco Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Pilmatué
