Type specimen: MN 7596-V, a mandible (almost complete mandible). Its type locality is Nova Olinda quarries, which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large lime mudstone/mudstone in the Crato Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: volant frugivore

Distribution: found only at Nova Olinda quarries
