Type specimen: FSL 286 400. Its type locality is Montagne de la Taillade, Beauvoisin, cold seep mounds, which is in an Oxfordian reef, buildup or bioherm marl in the Terres Noires Formation of France.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer-deposit feeder
Distribution: found only at Montagne de la Taillade, Beauvoisin, cold seep mounds
