Type specimen: UBGD 277096. Its type locality is Sao Pedro de Muel, Penedo da Saudade section, Bed 5106, which is in a Sinemurian marine limestone in the Coimbra Formation of Portugal.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:
