Type specimen: HUJ-Pal. T.R.I 98, an osteoderm. Its type locality is Makhtesh Ramon area, which is in an Illyrian/Fassanian marine limestone/shale in the Saharonim Formation of Israel.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Makhtesh Ramon area
