Type specimen: MOR 553E/6.19.91.64, a limb element (right tarsometatarsus). Its type locality is Jack's Birthday Site, MOR TM-068 (bone layer), which is in a Campanian lacustrine mudstone in the Two Medicine Formation of Montana.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Jack's Birthday Site, MOR TM-068 (bone layer)
