Type specimen: MLP 91-IX-2-123, a partial skull (cráneo fragmentario, con caniniforme y 4o molariforme derechos y 2o a 4o molariformes izquierdos). Its type locality is Estancia Collón Cura, which is in a Langhian terrestrial horizon in the Cerro Boleadoras Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore

Distribution: found only at Estancia Collón Cura
