Type specimen: MUFyCA 1, a skull. Its type locality is Valle de Traslasierra - Heredia Cliffs, which is in a Montehermosan/Chapadmalalan floodplain gravel in the Brochero Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: scansorial herbivore
Distribution: found only at Valle de Traslasierra - Heredia Cliffs
