Belongs to Miracossus according to Y. L. Li et al. 2018
Sister taxon: Miracossus ingentius
Type specimen: STMN48-1001, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Sihetun (STMN coll), which is in a Barremian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Yixian Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Sihetun (STMN coll)
