Type specimen: LACMIP 11426, a shell. Its type locality is CSUN Loc. 1583 - Humptulips River [Humptulips Fm], which is in a Lutetian deep subtidal siltstone/sandstone in the Humptulips Formation of Washington.

Ecology: epifaunal omnivore-grazer

Distribution:

• Eocene of United States (2: Washington collections)
