Type specimen: MGPUT-PU 41622: Fig. 7.10-7.11.. Its type locality is Lake Garda, Capitello Quarry - Bed 2d, which is in an Aalenian platform/shelf-margin reef grainstone in Italy.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Lake Garda, Capitello Quarry - Bed 2d
