Type specimen: RRBP 02067, a mandible (partial left dentary). Its type locality is TZ-07, Rukwa Valley, which is in a Cenomanian/Campanian fluvial sandstone/mudstone in the Galula Formation of Tanzania.

Ecology: scansorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at TZ-07, Rukwa Valley
