- Glycymerita veatchii: Its type locality is "Chico beds" - Tuscan Springs, Tehama, which is in a Coniacian coastal siliciclastic in California
- Glycymeris apletos: UCLA 40403. Its type locality is UCLA loc. 4147, Jalama Creek, which is in a Campanian offshore sandstone/shale in the Jalama Formation of California.
- Glycymeris pentzana: Its type locality is CAS Loc. 1125, mile west of Pentz, which is in a Campanian marine sandstone in the Chico Formation of California.
- Glycymeris shastensis: missing. Its type locality is CAS loc. 27830, Whitmore Road, which is in a Santonian marine siliciclastic in the Redding Formation of California.
- Glycymeris suciensis: UWBM 1500.
