Type specimen: Its type locality is CAS Loc29123 - Pacheco [Mustang Shale, Moreno Fm], which is in a Maastrichtian marine mudstone/shale in the Moreno Formation of California.
Ecology: facultatively mobile epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at CAS Loc. 29123 - Pacheco [Mustang Shale, Moreno Fm]
