Type specimen: SMH uncatalogued, a partial skeleton (An incomplete skeleton including a partial skull preserving the anterior skull roof and palate, and part of the mandible, 69 vertebrae, partial pectoral and pel). Its type locality is Lindwurmia-type locality, which is in a Hettangian marine horizon in Germany.
Ecology: aquatic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Lindwurmia-type locality
