Type specimen: PE 52734. Its type locality is base of Hintze's Reef, Middle Mountain section, Wah Wah Mountains, which is in a Stairsian reef, buildup or bioherm wackestone in the Fillmore Formation of Utah.
Ecology: stationary upper-level epifaunal suspension feeder
Distribution: found only at base of Hintze's Reef, Middle Mountain section, Wah Wah Mountains
