Type specimen: MOZ PV 4082, a maxilla (right maxillary frag- ment with P4 – M2, left maxillary fragment with M1 – M3, and left upper canine). Its type locality is La Victoria quarry, which is in a Colhuehuapian terrestrial horizon in the Cerro Bandera Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: scansorial herbivore

Distribution: found only at La Victoria quarry
