Type specimen: PVL 6316 (left premaxilla and maxilla with incisor, M1–2, and zygomatic plate). Its type locality is San Roque, which is in a Pliocene fluvial siltstone/claystone in the Uquía Formation of Argentina.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at San Roque
