Sister taxa: none

Type specimen: NMMP 93, a maxilla (left maxilla with C-M3, lacking M1 and part of P4). Its type locality is Pk2, Pondaung Sandstone, which is in a Bartonian terrestrial sandstone/siliciclastic in the Pondaung Formation of Myanmar.

Ecology: arboreal omnivore

Distribution: found only at Pk2, Pondaung Sandstone
