Type specimen: NHMW 2007z0054/0001, a mandible (Right dentary). Its type locality is Taatsiin Gol, left side, section TGL-A, layer 2, which is in an Oligocene terrestrial mudstone in the Hsanda Gol Formation of Mongolia.
