Type specimen: GST14187. Its type locality is Road-metal quarry ~ 6 km west of Smithton Aerodrome on Montagu Road at Scopus, which is in an Idamean marine siltstone/sandstone in the Scopus Formation of Australia.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Road-metal quarry ~ 6 km west of Smithton Aerodrome on Montagu Road at Scopus
