Type specimen: USNM 528361, an exoskeleton (Internal mold of cephalon and nearly complete thorax). Its type locality is TH Pit, which is in a Dyeran open shallow subtidal siltstone/sandstone in the Poleta Formation of Nevada.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at TH Pit
