Sister taxon: Macannaia ferox
Type specimen: Its type locality is 54s - Near mouth of North side Two Mile Canyon, 2 miles se of Malad, Wasatch Mts, which is in a Topazan carbonate limestone in the Langston Formation of Idaho
Ecology: slow-moving epifaunal detritivore
Distribution:
• Cambrian of United States (6: Idaho, Nevada collections)
Total: 6 collections each including a single occurrence
