Type specimen: LACMIP 13254, a shell. Its type locality is Canyon River, CR3, which is in a Chattian basinal (carbonate) limestone in the Lincoln Creek Formation of Washington.

Ecology: epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at Canyon River, CR3
