Type specimen: UMUT-PW30072. Its type locality is Shigeji-sawa Creek, Ss3 section, which is in a Capitanian coastal sandstone in the Kamiyasse Formation of Japan.

Distribution: found only at Shigeji-sawa Creek, Ss3 section
