Type specimen: NHMUK P9/3a, a set of postcrania (12 articulated or near-articulated anterior vertebrae, 12 ribs, eight osteoderms, one right scapula, and nine additional fragmentary bones). Its type locality is Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry, Bonvilston, which is in a Carnian fissure fill limestone/marl in the United Kingdom.

Ecology: planktonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry, Bonvilston
