Type specimen: USNM 251377, a shell. Its type locality is Columbia (USGS 25031) - Hickman (1980), which is in a Priabonian deep-water siltstone/mudstone in the Keasey Formation of Oregon.
Ecology: epifaunal carnivore
Distribution:
• Eocene of United States (4: Oregon collections)
Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
