Sister taxa: Caulisoculus minutus, Caulisoculus monlyae
Type specimen: LYU-MD-C001, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber (Linyi University LYU collection), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Burmese amber (Linyi University LYU collection)
