Type specimen: GLAHM A3401, a cephalon/head. Its type locality is Roadside quarry & due south on the south bank of Penwhapple Burn, which is in a Sandbian offshore mudstone in the Balclatchie Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution: found only at Roadside quarry & due south on the south bank of Penwhapple Burn
