Belongs to Crepicephalus according to A. R. Palmer 1954

Sister taxa: Crepicephalus auratus, Crepicephalus buttsi, Crepicephalus ceratopygoides, Crepicephalus iowensis

Type specimen: UT-32115, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is JR-201, which is in a Marjumian marine limestone in the Riley Formation of Texas.

Ecology: fast-moving low-level epifaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Cambrian of United States (8: Texas collections)

Total: 8 collections each including a single occurrence
