Type specimen: QMF 39097, a shell. Its type locality is Khao Phrik, Rat Buri, which is in a Wordian offshore shelf limestone/limestone in the Rat Buri Formation of Thailand.

Ecology: stationary epifaunal detritivore

Distribution: found only at Khao Phrik, Rat Buri
