Type specimen: QMF 39352, a shell. Its type locality is Khao Phrik, Rat Buri, which is in a Wordian offshore shelf limestone/limestone in the Rat Buri Formation of Thailand.
Ecology: epifaunal
Distribution: found only at Khao Phrik, Rat Buri
