Type specimen: NMB PG.70, a set of postcrania (partial left coracoid, extremitas cranialis of left scapula, and distal portion of pedal phalanx). Its type locality is Romainville, marnes blanches supragypseuses, MP20, which is in a Priabonian terrestrial marl in France.
