Sister taxa: Solgerites armatus, Solgerites brancoi, Solgerites romieuxi
Type specimen: BMNH C.47418, a shell. Its type locality is Dukul, Numan Division, which is in a Coniacian offshore shale in Nigeria.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Dukul, Numan Division
