Sister taxa: Cycliocyrillium simplex, Cycliocyrillium torquata
Type specimen: Specimen from sample YG644.1 (slide J1204- 17.9 (4)), England Finder coordinates L19-0, Figure 4G.. Its type locality is J1301, which is in a Neoproterozoic marine mudstone in the Callison Lake Formation of Canada.
