Type specimen: PIN, 5419/1. Its type locality is Pshekha River, Gorny Luch, which is in a Rupelian marine horizon in the Pshekha Horizon Formation of Georgia.
Ecology: nektonic omnivore
Distribution: found only at Pshekha River, Gorny Luch
