Type specimen: BMNH C.35976. Its type locality is St. Cassian (Klipstein BMNH coll), which is in a Julian carbonate limestone in the Cassian Formation of Italy.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at St. Cassian (Klipstein BMNH coll)
