Sister taxa: Buvignieria berwaldi, Buvignieria calloviana, Buvignieria piserai, Buvignieria schroederi, Buvignieria studenckae
Type specimen: ZPAL Ga.9/59, a shell. Its type locality is Sample D1, Wạwał clay pit, which is in a Valanginian offshore claystone in Poland.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution:
• Cretaceous of Poland (2 collections)
Total: 2 collections each including a single occurrence
