Type specimen: FHSM VP-2118, a skull. Its type locality is North of Saline River (sec. 4, T11S, R18W), which is in a Turonian offshore shale in the Carlile Shale Formation of Kansas.

Ecology: nektonic carnivore

Distribution: found only at North of Saline River (sec. 4, T11S, R18W)
