Type specimen: CSUK97-2-48, a tooth. Its type locality is Entrance to Fort Benning, Interstate Highway 185, which is in a Santonian/Santonian marine sandstone/mudstone in the Eutaw Formation of Georgia.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of United States (3: Georgia, Mississippi, New Mexico collections)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
