Type specimen: NIGP 44485, a shell. Its type locality is Sample AAN14, Xinyuan, Ziyun, which is in a Spathian carbonate limestone in the Luolou Formation of China.

Distribution: found only at Sample AAN14, Xinyuan, Ziyun
