Type specimen: SGO.PV.6507, a set of postcrania (Associated postcranial skeleton). Its type locality is Mariscadero, southern Pelluhue, which is in a Maastrichtian marine sandstone in the Quiriquina Formation of Chile.

Ecology: aquatic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Mariscadero, southern Pelluhue
