Type specimen: AMF 80812, a cephalon/head (cranidium). Its type locality is NU L492. Salisbury area, northwest of Dungog, which is in a Visean marine sandstone in the Flagstaff Sandstone Formation of Australia.

Distribution:

• Carboniferous of Australia (2 collections)
