Type specimen: SR 93-11-02, a wing. Its type locality is Republic, locality B9201, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Klondike Mountain Formation of Washington.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Republic, locality B9201
