Type specimen: SR 06-01-46AB, a wing. Its type locality is Republic, locality B4131, which is in a Ypresian lacustrine - large mudstone in the Klondike Mountain Formation of Washington.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Republic, locality B4131
