Type specimen: SNGM-1/1-23, a set of postcrania. Its type locality is Quebrada La Higuera, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian lacustrine mudstone in the Hornitos Formation of Chile.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Quebrada La Higuera
