Type specimen: NMV P229196, a maxilla (complete left maxilla with partialdentition). Its type locality is Flat Rocks, Bunurong Marine Park, which is in a Barremian fluvial sandstone/conglomerate in the "Wonthaggi" Formation of Australia.

Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
