Type specimen: Hungarian Natural History Museum M59/4672, an other (gladius). Its type locality is Csillaghegy Brickyard, which is in a Rupelian deep-water claystone in the Tard Clay Formation of Hungary.
Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Csillaghegy Brickyard
